NEXT STEP:

Now that you have provided your prequalifying information, you will need to gather all of the following documents that apply to your situation, and have them ready for mailing or faxing to us when we telephone you.  You should receive a call within 24 hours of your prequalifying submission!

 1) W-2's for the past two years, or complete set(s) of federal tax returns if you are self-employed.
 2) Pay stubs covering the last 30 days.
 3) Last 3 months' bank statements on all checking, savings, and other asset accounts.
 4) Name and address of your current landlord, or current mortgage loan statement.
 5) 12 months' cancelled checks evidencing mortgage loan payments if mortgage is privately held.
 6) Complete copy of Offer and Acceptance/Purcahse Agreement.
 7) Copy of your earnest money deposit receipt.
 8) Any estimates you have regarding the cost for anticipated home improvements.
 9) Your realtor's name and telephone number if you've not yet located a property to purchase.

NOTE: Your appraisal fee will vary, depending on the type of property and loan amount that you have.  You may send the appraisal fee upfront, or, in some cases, pay the appraiser directly at the time the work is done.

When we've found just the right loan product to suit your needs, you will be mailed a fully completed loan application, rate lock form, and government compliance package, all ready for signatures.  Please be sure to sign ALL of the forms sent to you, then return the original signed documents to us.  Be sure to keep copies for your own records!
